Our client, an AI platform that builds and deploys intelligent workers to automate communication, is seeking Deployment Strategists to help customers unlock real business value through cutting-edge technology.

Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll bridge user needs, product capabilities, and data insights, partnering directly with customers to design and scale AI-powered solutions that transform how they operate. You'll work cross-functionally, embed with client teams, and help drive measurable outcomes across industries.

What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, and challenges
• Collaborate with engineers to scope, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions
• Analyze and integrate key datasets into scalable, automated systems
• Design and refine workflows that boost efficiency and productivity
• Lead user training and onboarding to ensure adoption and long-term success
• Present insights and strategy to both technical and executive stakeholders
• Drive customer renewals, expansion, and identify new use cases for growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years in project or account management, renewals, and expansion in customer-facing roles
• Backgrounds in strategic consulting, startup operations, customer success, PE/banking, or engineering consulting
• Experience in legacy industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing) and early-stage startups preferred
• Strong technical foundation including proficiency in Python and SQL (preferred)
• A hands-on operator who thrives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients
• Willingness to travel ~50% to engage with clients on-site
