Operations Lead
Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing fintech startup, is seeking an Operations Lead to partner directly with the CEO and help scale the business across go-to-market, product, and internal operations. This is a high-ownership, strategic generalist role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from zero to one, and consistently turns ideas into execution.
What You'll Do
- Support sales efforts by preparing for and participating in conferences, customer meetings, and strategic calls.
- Drive internal strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Improve processes, systems, and workflows to enable rapid scaling and market expansion.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and organizational development as the team grows.
- Act as a problem-solver and execution engine unblocking challenges and delivering outcomes with urgency and precision.
What Were Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, consulting, venture capital, or a similar strategic role.
- Background in fintech, regtech, high-growth startups, or founders associate/chief of staff positions
- Experience in customer-facing environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Curiosity and comfort with technology including using AI tools to automate and streamline workflows.
- A proactive, resourceful operator who acts with ownership rather than waiting for direction.
