Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Complex Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience (possiblity open to a 6th yr) to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research and writing skills, strong academic credentials from a top law school, and experience managing sophisticated legal matters in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in environmental law is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation, regulatory matters, and enforcement defense cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft motions, and prepare for court appearances and trials.
• Collaborate with partners, on diverse matters.
• Develop litigation skills through hands-on experience, including motion practice and trial preparation.
• Contribute to cross-office and cross-departmental initiatives, gaining exposure to a variety of clients and legal matters.
