Employment and Labor Staff Associate - hybrid

 Job Description:

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join its Employment & Labor practice group in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow litigation experience while working collaboratively with partners in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility.
  • Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance.
  • Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work.
  • Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology in legal practice.

Other Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
  • Must be registered with the New York Federal Courts.
