Employment and Labor Staff Associate - hybrid
Job Description:
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join its Employment & Labor practice group in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow litigation experience while working collaboratively with partners in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility.
- Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance.
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work.
- Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.

Other Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
- Must be registered with the New York Federal Courts.
