Growth Specialist
Job Description:
Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare software startup, is hiring a Growth Specialist to help build and scale its go-to-market engine alongside the Head of GTM and CEO.
This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is nimble, scrappy, and eager to make a measurable impact through content, campaigns, and growth experimentation.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality B2B content that drives awareness and demand (LinkedIn, blogs, emails, visuals)
- Build and manage growth systems: SEO, paid ads, retargeting, referral loops
- Plan and execute industry events end-to-end, converting attendees into advocates
- Develop sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, positioning guides)
- Architect and test outbound campaigns targeting pharma and healthcare decision-makers
- Maintain email deliverability and outbound infrastructure (DMARC, DKIM, domains)
- Run rapid experiments to optimize messaging, channels, and creative performance
- Support GTM infrastructure (Notion, Clay, Apollo, Outreach) and automate workflows
Who You Are
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a content marketing or growth specialist in early-stage startups (Series A/B preferred)
- Experience seeing best-in-class growth practices in fast-scaling environments
- Exceptional writer and editor, skilled at crafting persuasive content across channels
- Proven impact as a standout IC, generating measurable results
- Proficient in Figma or Canva for creative collateral
- Familiar with SEO, event marketing, and outbound tools (Apollo, Outreach)
- Lightly technical, comfortable with automation, scripting, or scraping
- Ruthless prioritizer who acts quickly and focuses on high-leverage opportunities
- Demonstrates hustle, creativity, boldness, and risk-taking to create buzz and attention
- Ability to adapt content style to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
