Our client, a fast-growing startup at the intersection of healthcare, software, and AI, is seeking a Founding Offline Marketing Manager to join its dynamic team. This is a rare opportunity to build their offline marketing function from the ground up, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and growth through creative, data-driven traditional marketing strategies.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 10+ years of experience in offline marketing, with deep expertise in direct mail and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have a proven record of scaling offline strategies from 0 to 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, budget, and execute offline marketing campaigns across audio/podcasts, television, print, and OOH media.
- Develop targeted direct mail programs, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Lead conference planning and sponsorships in partnership with the B2B marketing lead.
- Design and test creative, cost-efficient, and experimental campaigns to amplify brand presence.
- Track and analyze KPIs to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6 to 10 years in offline marketing, with Series B-E startup experience (REQUIRED).
- Strong background in direct mail, OOH, and audio/podcast or TV advertising.
- Experience with brands recognized for strong out-of-home presence (e.g., AG1, Misfits Market, Helix).
- Exceptional analytical skills, PowerPoint creation, and presentation ability.
- A highly creative, experimental, and data-driven mindset.
