About the Role

Youll take the lead in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Working closely with external agency partners, youll drive rapid-iteration campaigns that test, learn, and deliver high-impact results.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Lead digital strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, sponsorships, and media buys.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to align campaigns with business goals and maximize ROI.
  • Design and run rapid tests, using data and insights to continually optimize performance.
  • Analyze KPIs and business data to refine strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to integrate marketing efforts across the business.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, leveraging competitive insights to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
  • A player-coach mindset comfortable executing hands-on work while thinking strategically about growth.
  • Creative and analytical balance, combining innovative campaign ideas with data-driven optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other major digital platforms.
