Senior Product Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing software development firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic product marketing initiatives and drive category creation efforts. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to define market positioning, craft differentiated narratives, and lead go-to-market strategies that scale with growth.
This role is ideal for a senior PMM who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, excels at building strategy from the ground up, and wants to own the story for a category-defining company.
What You'll Own
- Category Strategy & Positioning: Define and own the company's market position and value proposition. Craft strategic narratives that translate complex AI capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Messaging Leadership: Lead messaging strategy across all channels, turning product roadmaps into compelling, cohesive stories that align with the company vision.
- Product Launch Strategy: Drive end-to-end GTM execution for new features and product releases, from tier 3 updates to major launches.
- Sales Enablement: Develop impactful content and campaign pitch decks, case studies, and sales tools that accelerate deal velocity and empower enterprise sales teams.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide positioning, identify opportunities, and refine strategic direction.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of product marketing experience within B2B SaaS, ideally selling to enterprise audiences.
- Proven track record in owning positioning and messaging for core products, beyond execution of other strategies.
- Experience at the Director level or equivalent, with a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
- History of owning multiple product launches and driving successful GTM programs.
- Expertise in sales content and enablement, including pitch decks, battlecards, and value-driven materials.
- Background in high-velocity environments such as startups or consulting, with a bias toward action and experimentation.
