As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping go-to-market strategies, refining product messaging, and executing campaigns that fuel adoption and growth. You'll bridge the gap between product innovation and market success helping define how a new category in insurance technology comes to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and execute launch plans for new products, features, and updates.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with target personas and verticals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track market trends and competitors to shape product strategy and positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Create tools like demos, case studies, and competitive guides to empower the sales team.
- Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of user needs and translate them into impactful marketing programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and strategy.
- Campaign Execution: Lead integrated marketing efforts to drive adoption and retention.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure success and continuously optimize programs for impact.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in product marketing, within B2B enterprise software or SaaS
- Experience at a big tech company for a few years -> scaling startup
- Proven success in driving go-to-market and product launch strategies
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills
- Excellent communicator with a talent for simplifying complex technology
- Highly collaborative, with experience influencing cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with AI/ML or technical SaaS products
