Hands-On Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity

- Approximately $30.10–$32.25/hour with shift differential, before overtime
Schedule
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
The facility currently operates five days per week, although the schedule may flex between four- and five-day workweeks.
Supervisors should expect to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the shift and remain approximately 15 minutes after the shift to support effective shift transitions.
The selected candidate will initially complete approximately 8–12 weeks of training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
