Our client is currently hiring for a full-time Project Manager. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The PM shall ensure that the Owner's/ Company's expectations and budgetary guidelines are met or exceeded. The PM manages the project from beginning to end including a budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurance, general work performance and quality, and overall progress against the plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements. Prepare project billing revenue forecasts and schedule of values. Review and monitor job costs versus budgets. Prepares and updates project schedule cost estimates.
  • Coordinates projects in accordance with contract documents and scope. Resolves any issues and discrepancies in an expedited manner. Ensures construction occurs according to schedule and within budget.
  • Schedule meetings with Supers to review all plans and specs for each project prior to beginning the job.
  • Review all change orders, estimates for accuracy, and approve submittals.
  • Ensure projects are completed with clients' expectations and requirements. Attending all pre-construction meetings, site visits, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, or related field preferred
  • 3 years of project management in construction.
  • Working knowledge of Planswift or any Estimating Software Program
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software used in the construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of presentations and negotiations.
