Job Title: Site Civil Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly qualified Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Norwell, MA. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various real estate development projects. Your primary role will be to ensure that all site work is completed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop site plans and designs for real estate development projects

- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning and design

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of site work

- Monitor construction progress and provide recommendations for any necessary changes or adjustments

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work is completed to company standards

- Manage project budgets and timelines

- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and regulatory agencies

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in site engineering technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering for real estate development projects

- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and codes

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
