Product owner

Job Location: College Road Township, Lahore
Job Timing: 9pm - 6am PKT Night Shift (On-site)
Reporting To: Head of PMO / CEO

Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers maximum value to the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to translate business needs into actionable tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team

• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with business goals
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
• Manage scope and prioritize tasks based on business value

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
Scrum certification (CSPO, PSPO, etc.)
Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Technical background or understanding of development processes

• Experience working in IT/software companies
