GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Nationality: Native English speakers (from Native English-speaking countries).

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field:

Primary: Education, Early Childhood Education, or equivalent.

Secondary Chemistry: Chemistry Education.

Certification: Accredited teaching certificate or license (PGCE, QTS, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, or equivalent).

Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a high level of professional ethics.

Role-Specific Experience & Skills:

For Primary Teacher: Experience in tracking and documenting children's learning; passionate about working with young learners; strong ability to build nurturing classroom environments.

For Secondary Chemistry Teacher: Previous experience teaching secondary-aged students (Grades 6-12) is highly preferred; strong classroom management skills; passion for mentoring teenagers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. For Primary Teacher:

-Program Delivery: Plan, document, implement, and evaluate an engaging educational program tailored for young children.

-Child Development: Develop positive, supportive, and nurturing relationships with students to foster their social and emotional growth.

-Safety & Care: Maintain a safe, hygienic learning environment and ensure the supervision of children at all times.

-Family Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with families.

-Learning Documentation: Track, assess, and document children's day-to-day learning progress.

2. For Secondary Chemistry Teacher:

-Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons aligned with international secondary frameworks (e.g., IGCSE, IB, or equivalent).

-Laboratory Management: Organize and lead safe, hands-on practical experiments, ensuring strict adherence to lab safety protocols.

-Scientific Inquiry: Develop students' abilities to form hypotheses, analyze data, and master complex chemical formulas and theories.

-Assessment: Design diverse assessment tools to monitor student academic growth and provide constructive feedback for secondary students.
