JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:

  • Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Centos Linux systems.
  • Experience deploying infrastructure through automation.
  • Familiarity with implementing and maintaining security controls in compliance with DoD security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processes Security administration
  • Experience in support of RMF requirements.
  • Experience in Linux automation using Kickstart, Podman and Ansible
  • Experience in creating and using Containers in a LINUX and Windows Environment
  • Experience customizing/optimizing/trouble shooting enterprise level applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Ability to integrate RMF principles into ground-up builds.
  • Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks.
  • Experience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket
  • Experience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDM


Qualifications:
Education:

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience OR Masters Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification Top Secret Clearance with SCI and CI Poly

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 3 certification (e.g., CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH).
  • Current Linux Certifications such as: RedHat Certification (RHCSA or RHCE)CompTIA Linux+LPIC (any level)SANS GCUX
  • Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53 SP families of controls, and specifically the Certificate to Field (CtF)/Change Control Board (CCB) accreditation processes.
  • Experience in the use of IT tools for managing and troubleshooting complex computer networks.
  • Previous experience supporting DoD & IC Government customers.
  • Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks.
  • Hardware/software requirement verification/system validation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and grow in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Virtualization (KVM), Backup Technologies such as NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SAS
  • Experience supporting DoD/government customers.
  • Experience integrating and administering cross-domain systems.
  • Experience with microservices, containers (i.e., docker)
  • Security Clearance Required
