Production Superintendent

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree in engineering field (Electrical/ Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage variety of resources in order to achieve on time production of quality products.
• Trouble shooting processes to reduce the production related problem.
• Generate production reports and conduct the quarterly physical count.
• Manage training, skill development and growth of all staff to ensure multi skill capability.
• Control additional materials request with budget guidelines.
• Monitor on daily lot completion to ensure fulfill customer shipment requirements.
• Work together with all related department to ensure new project or new model are progress smoothly follow the plan.
• Monitor and ensure production activity is compliance with ISO procedure.
