Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or any equivalent.
• At least five (5) years of experience in injection industry as managerial role.
• Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop departmental work plans based on company's overall strategy and implement them to achieve business objectives.
• Design organizational structure of the business unit's departments, cultivate talent and enhance job competency.
• Promote technological and management innovation & continuously improve production processes to meet the company's development needs.
• Control budget and enhanced production efficiency.
• Identify of hazardous sources in the production, conduct risk assessments, formulate and supervise the implementation of control measures.
