About the job Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To provide HR operations support to employees and Managers.
  • Maintain employee record and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Review, enhance and develop SOP to further improve the HR operations as and when required.
  • To analyse data and prepare HR reports.
  • Other additional responsibilities and confidential tasks instructed by the immediate Superior.
  • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Basic Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably well-versed in the HR Industry.
  • Applicant must willing to work at Senai, Johor area.
