About the job Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities:
- To provide HR operations support to employees and Managers.
- Maintain employee record and prepares appropriate documentation.
- Review, enhance and develop SOP to further improve the HR operations as and when required.
- To analyse data and prepare HR reports.
- Other additional responsibilities and confidential tasks instructed by the immediate Superior.
- Carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a Basic Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably well-versed in the HR Industry.
- Applicant must willing to work at Senai, Johor area.
