Job Title

Parts Administrator (Part Time)

The Role

The main purpose of a Vospers Parts Administrator is to support the Parts Manager by providing administrative support and undertaking parts procurement functions. To manage all paperwork for goods that are purchased & returned via the Parts Department and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily takings.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

  • Regular use of Company computer system.
  • Accurate handling of all paperwork.
  • Reconciliation and recording of daily takings, including cash handling.
  • Accurate & daily receipting of purchase advice notes/invoices.
  • Accurate & daily verification of invoices, including expense coding.
  • Order submissions via telephone, on-line and manufacturer systems.
  • Follow all department processes and procedures.
  • Attend all training opportunities.
  • Adhere to company health & safety and security policies.

Truro, Cornwall

Salary

Based on qualifications and experience, to be discussed at interview

Hours

24 hours a week, working pattern to be agreed at interview
