Job Title

Estimator and Warranty Processor

The Role

To inspect, estimate and obtain authorisation for all Warranty and Delivery Damage for all Manufacturer Franchises held within Vospers.

You will be required to travel to all Vospers sites and customers Private Addresses for inspections.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

  • Investigating warranty queries and ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Accurately inputting and managing vehicle warranty claims, following them through to acceptance and payment.
  • Raising and reviewing Warranty Job Cards for Workshop Technicians to ensure compliance.
  • Handling general enquiries efficiently, maintaining excellent relationships with manufacturers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Assisting in warranty audits to ensure full compliance and mitigate financial risks.
  • Maintaining databases, managing invoices, and supporting other workshop administrative tasks.
  • To carry out delivery damage inspections and agree figures with external engineers.
  • To assist with other duties within the department as and when required.

Person Specification

  • Strong attention to detail Accuracy is key in processing warranty claims.

  • Great communication skills Confident in engaging with internal teams, manufacturers, and customers.

  • Organisational skills Able to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

  • A team player Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues.

42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
