We are currently looking for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at our Matford Way site. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and a passion for building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will manage all sales processes within your department, ensuring each customer receives exemplary customer service.

- Setting and reviewing the targets for the business and auditing the results
What we're looking for
- People management experience (ideally gained from the automotive industry)

For this role you will also need to hold a full UK driver's licence, and be keen to learn technical processes and systems.

Working schedule
Monday - Friday (1 in 3 Saturdays)
Salary
£40,000 per annum (OTE of £70,000)
