The Role
To support the departments by ensuring efficient administration and accounting of the sales department and its strategies to achieve and strive to exceed all sales objectives. You must have excellent communication skills both in person and in writing. This role gives the opportunity to learn and develop within the Department and Business for the right Individual.
Core Duties:
- Account Management
- Sales administration
- General fleet activity
Account Management
- Support customer accounts order with updates, availabilities and quotations
- Support the team with arrange vehicle preparation with the PDI department and ensure vehicle handovers and deliveries are arranged in a cost effective manner
- Ensure Salesdocs is maintained with relevant information in a timely manner
Sales administration
- Building orders in Drive as required to match quotes and POs.
- Issue POs and add costs for accessories
- Add or check manufacturers bonuses to vehicles if required
- Set-up stock books for direct sales as necessary
- Process New vehicle stock orders and contracting of sold orders
- Printing and scanning of manufacturers paperwork as required.
General fleet activity
- Support the Business Centre Manager with accurate daily reporting of sales numbers
- Creation of vehicle deal envelopes for part exchanges and ensure they are fully completed and disposed of via auction in a timely manner
- Processing of invoices and credit notes against stockbooks
- Provide assistance to sales staff and manufacturers as required
- Ensure CRM records are correctly created and maintained as required
- Provide cover as necessary for other members of the department including at remote sites
- Keep up to date with all product knowledge of entire range and comparable product ranges of Vospers competitors
- Work with the Business Centre Manager in discussing the needs of Vospers and your own team
Other
- Help to promote and provide a positive working environment for all, encapsulating the Vospers Core Values and Mission Statement.
- Develop both your own, your team and Company knowledge through attending various training opportunities as required
- Constantly review all areas of responsibility and discuss any ideas for future improvement.
- Interact with other team members in and outside of the Business Centre Team to promote the Vospers culture.
- Maintain a professional standard of dress to portray a professional image of the company.
- Maintain safe working practice and abide by all working rules set out on site.
- Undertake any other duties that are reasonably required by your Line Manager to meet the needs of the Business
