We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, accuracy, and usability of our applications by designing and executing test scenarios, validating APIs, and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and customer success managers. You will play a key role in building reliable and user-friendly products by performing comprehensive testing across web and API layers, detecting and tracking issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Job Description
Additional Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with Postman, ElasticSearch, SQL, Figma, Jira, Confluence, browser developer tools. Strong understanding of different testing types: functional, regression, performance, smoke, sanity, usability, compatibility, accessibility. Solid understanding of REST APIs (HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, JSON structures). Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports. Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and responsive web design principles. General understanding of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Language Requirements: English – B2, Ukrainian – Native.
Responsibilities
Perform UI/UX testing across web applications, ensuring usability and responsiveness. Conduct API testing using Postman, validating requests, responses, and error handling. Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and checklists for functional, regression, smoke, sanity, compatibility, and accessibility testing. Collaborate with the R&D team to identify, document, and track bugs using Jira and Confluence. Use browser developer tools (Chrome, Firefox) for debugging and analysis. Write clear technical documentation for QA processes and test results. Assure data accuracy and consistency through SQL queries and data validation. Provide QA support to the Customer Success team by reproducing and investigating reported issues.
