Additional Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • C1+ English level

Experience:

  • Experience with cloud platforms, like AWS, and containerization technologies, such as Kubernetes.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or a related field, demonstrating a track record of designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Spark.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Experience in creating data models that accurately represent complex business scenarios and support decision-making.
  • Experience integrating ML models into complicated data-driven systems in a production environment.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning, such as Python, Java, or R.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles, and the ability to apply these techniques to develop innovative solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics, particularly as it relates to machine learning and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning data structures and modeling, software architecture, libraries and frameworks to create AI that accomplishes outlined goals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret test results and performance metrics.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to collaborate with others and write detailed, easy-to-read reports.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that can learn from and make decisions or predictions based on data.
     
  2. Interpret and analyze complex data to identify trends, correlations, and patterns that can be used to improve machine learning models.
     
  3. Create algorithms that can learn and make decisions, driving the development of innovative technologies and solutions. 
     
  4. Lead technical projects and initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization's machine learning efforts.
     
  5. Troubleshoot and address problems with deployed AI to improve user experience. 
     
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and to implement machine learning solutions.
     
  7. Analyze data gathered during tests to identify strengths and weaknesses of AI.
     
  8. Run tests to assess AI performance. 
     
  9. Create AI algorithm prototypes based on project specifications.
     
  10. Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and implement new methodologies as appropriate.
