Job Description

Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably at a tech company. Proven experience working on large-scale, user-focused products with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration. Ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on user experience and product impact. Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more of our key products. Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to bring products to life. Collaborate with other PMs, UX, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies. Understand user needs and market trends to inform product development decisions. Analyze and evaluate product performance using data-driven insights, and iterate to improve the product. Manage product lifecycle, from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.Benefits
