Additional Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • B1+ English level

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in QA management.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies, like Agile.
  • Proficiency in QA tools and software like JIRA, Selenium, or other testing platforms.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking test metrics.
  • Basic understanding of Six Sigma principles to drive quality improvements and reduce defects in the QA process.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and how they impact product development cycles and testing processes.
  • Communication skills for interacting with development teams and management.
  • Detail-oriented mindset for spotting issues and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the setup and execution of test automation processes to ensure efficient and repeatable testing.
     
  2. Assist in creating and maintaining detailed testing schedules and timelines.
     
  3. Review and analyze test results to identify bugs, defects, or anomalies.
     
  4. Document test cases, defects, and testing outcomes using QA management tools.
     
  5. Work on process improvement strategies, leveraging tools like Six Sigma to enhance QA workflows.
     
  6. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure alignment on product quality goals.
