Additional Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • B1+ English level

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in engineering or project management roles, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and mentor staff.
  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of engineering or the specific technologies used in your industry.
  • Skills in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with EMR software and systems, understanding how they integrate into broader healthcare or engineering processes.
  • Proficiency in mathematical and statistical methods to analyze project metrics, performance data, and financial information.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
     
  2. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers.
     
  3. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
     
  4. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
     
  5. Identify and address potential issues or crises that may impact project success.
     
  6. Continuously assess and improve engineering processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
