Additional Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. ● 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably at a tech company. ● Proven experience working on large-scale, user-focused products with cross-functional teams. ● Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration. ● Ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ● Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on user experience and product impact. ● Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Responsibilities
● Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more of our key products. ● Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to bring products to life. ● Collaborate with other PMs, UX, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies. ● Understand user needs and market trends to inform product development decisions. ● Analyze and evaluate product performance using data-driven insights, and iterate to improve the product. ● Manage product lifecycle, from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. ● Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.Benefits
