Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. Proficient in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and adjust campaigns based on data. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support revenue growth. Partner with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives that meet business objectives. Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, content marketing, email, and paid media. Oversee the development of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video content. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and yield maximum returns.
