Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • B2+ English level

Experience:

  • Experience in developing and implementing operational policies.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role, with demonstrated ability to manage teams or oversee projects.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on projects and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze business data and generate actionable insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new business strategies, changing markets, or shifts in operational focus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to retrieve, join, and manipulate data from relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to express complex ideas and operational strategies in a clear and straightforward manner.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring smooth processes and optimal resource utilization.

  3. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and working effectively.
