Job Description
Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst for Financial Markets or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in Tableau for building advanced dashboards and visualizations. Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience using ClickHouse or other columnar databases. Experience working with Databricks for data analysis and collaboration in a cloud environment. Solid understanding of ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, ClickHouse, and Databricks to uncover trends and insights. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support stakeholders across departments. Collaborate with data engineers and other analysts to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve business outcomes. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor and maintain existing reports and dashboards for accuracy and performance.
