MARKETING EXECUTIVE- 6 POSITIONS

 Job Description:

Job Purpose

To identify, develop, and manage international markets for Mulberry Growers Ltd.'s agricultural products by generating qualified export leads, building long-term customer relationships, and increasing export sales across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct international market research and identify new export opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify new international buyers.
  • Maintain and update CRM with customer information.
  • Develop sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with importers, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarket chains.
  • Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
  • Follow up customer inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Promote Mulberry Growers' brand globally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Business, Agribusiness, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years marketing experience.
  • Experience in fresh produce exports is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation ability.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Passport ready for international travel.
