Job Purpose

To establish and oversee the company's human resource systems, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of high-performing employees while maintaining compliance with Kenyan labor laws.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Develop recruitment plans.
  • Source talent.
  • Conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding.

Performance Management

  • Develop KPIs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals.
  • Recommend promotions.
  • Handle disciplinary matters.

Employee Relations

  • Resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Maintain employee records.

Training

  • Organize staff training.
  • Identify skills gaps.
  • Develop succession plans.

Payroll Support

  • Coordinate leave management.
  • Maintain attendance records.
  • Support payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • CHRP Certification preferred.
  • 5 years HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws.
