 Job Description:

An Auto Spare Parts Sales Executive to drive revenue by marketing, promoting, and selling vehicle components to individual customers, garages, and dealerships. To

provide technical product expertise, manage inventory, identify new sales opportunities, and build lasting client relationships to achieve set performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Proactively market and sell auto spare parts, identifying client needs and recommending the exact components for their vehicles.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, auto garages, parts dealers, and fleet managers.
  • Order Processing & Quotations: Prepare accurate quotations, process invoices, and aggressively follow up on pending sales to ensure timely delivery.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee day-to-day retail/warehouse operations, and reorder fast-moving or out-of-stock parts.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, analyze product demand trends, and adjust sales pitches to maximize profit margins.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and lost sales reports to assist management with stock planning.
  • Payment Collection: Monitor customer credit accounts and follow up on payments to ensure compliance with company credit policies.

Core Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven field or counter sales experience within the automotive spare parts industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle mechanics, spare parts catalogs, and compatibility.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent multilingual communication skills with an outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality.
  • Organization & Financial Acumen: Basic financial literacy, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Additional Requirements: A valid driving license and willingness to travel for field sales may be required, depending on the specific role.
