OUTREACH MANAGER
Job Description:
Our client is seeking to hire a competent Outreach Manager to guide, manage, and provide strategic direction to their medical facility
Position Designation: Outreach Manager

Functional Reports to: HMC Convenor/ Administrator
Gross salary: Competitive
Main purpose of the position:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing outreach and the Club of Mombasa Pwani activities/ programs.
- Formulation of strategies that facilitate business growth by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion
- Forging new partnerships with Govt, Public and Private Institutions to drive growth.
- Responsible in the financial management of the Club of Mombasa Pwani accounts
- Receiving of donations/sponsorships both in kind i.e., materials and cash.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying target markets and potential partners for expansion
- Developing and implementing outreach strategies and programs
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including Club members
- Evaluating the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and adjusting as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to support growth-driven outreaches
- Measuring and reporting on outreach efforts and their impact on business growth
Budgetary responsibility:
- Ensure the purchases made in Medical Centre & Club are within the agreed budget allocation.
- Ensure the outreaches carried out are within the budget with close monitoring of the outreach expenses i.e. cash, medicines, reading glasses, fuelling of vehicles, advertisements, printing of posters and any other related Outreach expense.
- Provide a detailed Outreach report after each outreach as it may be required.
Procurement responsibility:
- Ensure timely pharmaceutical orders are raised, signed, placed and delivered on time from the vendors for schedule procedures/surgeries.
- Ensure non holding of short expiry medicines are not the shelves.
- Ensure there is no over-stocking of medicines.
- Ensure sufficient and fast-moving medicines, lenses and injections are not out of stock.
- Be the linkage/advise the Resident Surgeon and the Administrator in decision-making and new market trends.
- Liaise with Pharmaceutical suppliers for weekly deliveries and verification of stock.

- Experience required:
- Minimum academic qualification: bachelors degree in marketing, Business, communications, or Business Management.
- Qualifications as an added advantage: A masters degree or additional certifications in marketing or business development.
