As a Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, clients, and visitors at Motrext Limited. You will develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents
• Provide training and education to employees on health and safety practices
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to create a safe working environment
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in the logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification & training in health and safety is a plus
