 Job Description:

Motrex Limited, a leading organization in logistics, is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of daily office activities and logistics support.
  • Manage office schedules, meetings, and communication systems.
  • Supervise administrative staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient movement of goods and supplies.
  • Maintain documentation related to fleet management, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Ensure the office adheres to company policies and government regulations.
  • Manage and file regulatory documents and licenses.
  • Monitor inventory levels and procurement of office supplies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions.
  • Track expenses and optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Provide assistance to senior managers, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidential records and manage executive correspondence.
  • Develop contingency plans for administrative processes during emergencies.
  • Act as the point of contact for addressing office-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role at least for five years.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
