Administration Manager
Job Description:
Motrex Limited, a leading organization in logistics, is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of daily office activities and logistics support.
- Manage office schedules, meetings, and communication systems.
- Supervise administrative staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient movement of goods and supplies.
- Maintain documentation related to fleet management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Ensure the office adheres to company policies and government regulations.
- Manage and file regulatory documents and licenses.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement of office supplies.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions.
- Track expenses and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Provide assistance to senior managers, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidential records and manage executive correspondence.
- Develop contingency plans for administrative processes during emergencies.
- Act as the point of contact for addressing office-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role at least for five years.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office.
