Role Overview: The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing

and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with

strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the perfume market.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear goals and

expectations.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and

expand market share.

Team Management: Mentor & motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to

achieve individual and team performance targets.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and

partners.

Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven decisions to

optimize results.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to

align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury goods or perfume
  2. industry/FMCG or modern trade.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Basic Salary:

  • Gross Monthly Salary: KES 100,000 retainer plus commission based on performance.
