Job Purpose

To convert qualified prospects into paying customers while maintaining long-term relationships with international buyers.

Responsibilities

· Receive customer inquiries.

· Prepare quotations.

· Follow up Proforma Invoices.

· Negotiate contracts.

· Coordinate export orders.

· Ensure timely payments.

· Maintain customer relationships.

· Cross-sell company products.

· Resolve customer complaints.

· Prepare sales forecasts.

Qualifications

· Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

· 3+ years sales experience.

· Export sales experience preferred.
