Job Description:
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for client branding projects and preparing accurate, print-ready artwork for production across multiple branding methods. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Design branding artwork for apparel, promotional items, and marketing materials

Prepare production-ready files for embroidery, screen printing, UV printing, and sublimation

Create layouts for large-format printing (banners, flags, signage, backdrops)

Develop mockups for client presentations and approvals

Interpret client briefs and translate them into strong visual concepts

Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure design accuracy

Ensure color accuracy and consistency across different print processes

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Revise designs based on client feedback efficiently

Maintain organized design files and project folders
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Proven experience in a design role (experience in branding, printing, or production is a strong advantage)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW preferred)

Strong understanding of layouts, typography, and color theory

Knowledge of print processes (screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, etc.) is an added advantage

Ability to create mockups and visual presentations for clients

Strong attention to detail and file accuracy
