Position Overview: 

The Client Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to clients within the brokerage sector, specifically focusing on Forex, CFD, and Shares. This role involves managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, providing trading assistance, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and trading, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand clients investment objectives and provide personalized advice and solutions.
  2. Trading Support:
    • Assist clients with trading-related inquiries and issues, including platform navigation, order execution, and account management.
    • Provide clients with timely and accurate market information, trading insights, and updates.
    • Monitor clients trading activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Client Onboarding:
    • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.
    • Educate clients on the brokerages products, services, and trading platforms.
  4. Client Retention and Satisfaction:
    • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback on services provided.
    • Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
  5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the sales, compliance, and trading teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
    • Share insights and feedback from clients with internal teams to improve products and services.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
    • Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, retention rates, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technical or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English + Portuguese, Spanish, French or German

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management within the financial services industry, preferably in Forex, CFD, or shares trading.
  • Experience with popular trading platforms
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.
