We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of facilities and equipment through the supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate or final year student of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and capable of managing technical teams.
• Intermediate English Skills 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, supervise, and control repair work for office furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of office assets.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all company equipment, scheduling maintenance as needed.
• Create, maintain, and manage the Occupational Health and Safety Program.
• Train staff on safety procedures and ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene policies.
• Lead the industrial safety committee and oversee legal compliance.
• Manage service contracts and advise management on cost-reduction projects and energy efficiency initiatives.
