This professional role requires expertise in creating visually stunning graphics and engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and elevates our campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Graphic design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• Design logos, banners, and promotional assets that reflect the brand's identity.

• Ensure consistency in all visual designs, adhering to brand guidelines.

Video production:

• Produce and edit high-quality video content for social media, ads, and website use.

• Add animations, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video storytelling.

• Repurpose existing video content into shorter clips tailored for various platforms.

• Maintain expertise in video formats, codecs, and exporting best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing and creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and best practices for exporting high-quality videos.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

• Fluent English speaker or C1-level proficiency.

Commitment and location:

This part-time role requires a minimum availability of 30 hours per week. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work independently while collaborating closely with the team. Candidates must be located within the GMT+2 to GMT-5 time zones to ensure effective communication and workflow.
