At Voice123, we create the future of the voice-over craft. Were looking for a senior full-stack engineer to take our web application to a new level. Your mission will be to accelerate front-end development, improve application performance, and leverage good practices and methodologies.

Are you up for the challenge?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new features and components for the Voice123 platform and new products.
2. Collect, structure, and analyze multiple data sources to identify insights and trends.
3. Adhere, comply with, and ensure team members follow the strict Voice123 software development process
4. Suggest integrations about Code quality tools, Continous integration, project management, Unit testing, software documentation, etc., to accelerate development cycles

Key Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in either computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or statistics
2. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level). Other languages are a plus
3. Proven proficiency in Javascript, NodeJS, Typescript, and advanced SQL

Career path

We also expect at least a three-year job commitment from you. At the end of that period and equipped with the knowledge and experience gained, you'll be able to fulfill any of the following roles, either at Voice123 or elsewhere:

- Tech Lead.
- Product Manager.
- Founder of your own business.

Working remotely

We are used to and encourage distributed work, so this role is open to professionals from the GMT-8 to GMT+ 2 timezones with a stable Internet connection of at least 10 Mbps. While you can work from home, we're also happy to cover the expense of a co-working space.

Team structure

You will be spearheading a relatively new division of Voice123, so you'll be working directly with our CTO. Of course, as we learn, experiment, and grow, our team structures may change.

Compensation and perks
Because we value transparency, your compensation will be USD 55,120 per year, including taxes and social security costs. As part of the career path, this may change as long as you grow in the role.
