As a software technical writer, you will be a core part of the product management team to bring to users with different backgrounds the ability to easily locate the resolutions to their issues. Thus, Technology and Technical Writing go hand in hand to provide the best use of our software. Missions

• Obtain a deep understanding of the product and absorb its functionalities

• Work closely with engineering and product marketing teams to understand project requirements

• Develop a clear and well suited product documentation, use cases and processes presentation

• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience

• Synchronize product manuals with new version releases

• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Required Profile

• A degree in software engineering

• A minimum of 2 years experience in IT technical writing or as a software quality engineer

• Ability to understand, analyze and handle complex topics

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with English and French

• Proactive, curious, autonomous with good analytical skills
