Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain web applications on Linux environments, including the installation and configuration of application components such as Apache Tomcat, Nginx, and PostgreSQL, using secure access methods (SSH/SFTP)

  • Perform application installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance activities across different environments

  • Automate installation, configuration, and upgrade processes using Ansible and scripting tools

  • Support troubleshooting, incident analysis, and resolution of technical issues related to application deployment and operations

  • Apply security best practices, address vulnerabilities, and implement recommendations from security assessments and client audits

  • Explore and integrate AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency, including the possibility of creating and deploying AI agents for automation, support, and process optimization

  • Provide technical and functional consulting support to clients throughout project implementation and delivery

  • Analyze existing systems and model business processes to identify optimization opportunities

  • Conduct technical and functional workshops with clients to gather and structure requirements and support solution validation

  • Prepare technical and functional specifications, deployment documents, and operational procedures

  • Support and monitor project execution in coordination with delivery teams, and provide guidance during testing and production phases

  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage follow-up actions

  • Support change management initiatives, deliver user and administrator training, and prepare the related training materials and functional documentation

  • Collaborate with project, development, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery

Profile & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field

  • Strong understanding of functional analysis and process modeling methodologies

  • Solid technical foundation including:

    • Linux environments, including secure access methods (SSH/SFTP)

    • Application and web servers: Apache Tomcat, Nginx

    • Databases: SQL / PL-SQL, PostgreSQL

    • Automation and scripting: Ansible, Shell scripting

    • Java/JEE

    • JavaScript

    • Good awareness of application security best practices, vulnerability remediation, and client audit requirements

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and synthesis skills

  • Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and complex requirements

  • Comfortable using AI tools
