Job brief

  • Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Provide feedback for service and process improvements.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Email Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with customer service tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of emails efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques and company product/service knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Empathy and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
  • Able to work on a fixed schedule during CST.

Rate
We currently offer a rate of 500 JMD hourly.
