Job brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative (Email Support) to manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues through email communication. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Enhance customer experience through personalized solutions and empathy.
- Provide feedback for service and process improvements.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Email Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with customer service tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage high volumes of emails efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques and company product/service knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Empathy and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
- Able to work on a fixed schedule during CST.
Rate
We currently offer a rate of 500 JMD hourly.
