Cold Caller

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients to introduce our products or services, generate interest, and qualify leads. This position is essential for expanding our customer base and supporting our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients from provided lists.
• Deliver compelling introductions and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
• Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Overcome objections and answer questions to build interest and trust.
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately document call outcomes and update CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Provide feedback to improve scripts and call strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related technologies is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
