  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients using leads provided.
  • Engage prospects in professional and friendly conversations to determine interest and needs.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set appointments for sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure successful appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an appointment-setting, telemarketing, or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and resilience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
