We're hiring a Content Marketing Strategist to drive our inbound lead generation efforts, create engaging content, and build our online presence. This is a remote/virtual assistant position, perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented individual.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all aspects of our inbound lead generation strategy, including content marketing, SEO, and the inbound funnel.
- Create **original, SEO-optimized blog content** (5 posts per week) leveraging AI tools, online resources, and internal documentation.
- Distribute content across all social media channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the website team to publish blog posts and make updates that drive lead generation.
- Develop and distribute monthly newsletters and graphics to keep customers informed and engaged.
- Gather Google reviews from clients and candidates, promoting our referral program to grow our network.
- Publish quarterly analytics reports on the tech hiring landscape for our customers and social media channels.
- Create lead magnets and gated content to generate inbound leads.
- Continuously research and strategize innovative ways to boost visibility and generate leads.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing and professional writing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
- Proven ability to craft content that engages and converts.
